and actually it taste fairly good....
Of course German people enjoy pork feet(schwein Haxsen ? or something like that...), but ours are more light and clean in taste....
Jokbal is made by boiling in the seasoned sauce , every Jokbal restaurants claims that theirs sauce is the best.
That means Jokbal's taste depends on the boiled sauce.....

Under the meat, there usuallu are feet bones are placed, so don't be shocked.. It means that you just had this bones meat, haha...
It is not expensive food but it's not cheap,too.
But if you choose good Jokbal restaurant, you enjoy some special and good taste of Korean food
